The Empire of Relosianos is a powerful nation with many enemies, and is ruled by an emperor that can be ruthless at times and benevolent at others. However, the land is rife with tension and war looms over the horizon.

Culture

Bonding: A process in which two beings from different races are united. While not necessarily a form of love, They often act as guardians to one another. The act of bonding is more a mutual agreement that can be beneficial for both parties. However, sometimes it can be one sided as the servant must always obey the master.

Bonding bracelet: Used to signify a bond, though not just for looks. When glows it causes the servant to react. Orange is used to force a command, Red is to punish or torture, Blue is to combine thoughts and abilities, Green is to set a servant free of the bond, Yellow is to heal, Purple is for romantic or sexual requests, White is to summon, and black means the servant has died.

Animal folk: While their origin is not completely known, they are part of most of society. While many are used as slave labor, some tend to act almost as pets. Their rights are best described as mediocre, though some have become part of the government.

Marriage is not looked at as an act of love, but is more a pairing of convenience.

Nations

Relosianos: While mostly peaceful, the people here are apathetic to one another and often feel threatened by multiple factions. They're divided on many issues and outsiders would be wise to be cautious as Relosianites aren't as nice and hospitable as they let on. The capital is named póli tou paradeísou and is merely referred to as the capital.

Barleon: Neighboring nation of Relosianos and their main rival. They are in the middle of a form of cold war, and are trying to gather allies.

Chrelosia: Another neighbor, they are fairly peaceful and prefer neutrality. However, Barleon wants to force them into submission. Relosianos is a possible ally, but their emperor isn't very trustworthy.

Zarleon: Close ally to Barleon. They hold animosity towards their neighbors and have conducted several terrorist plots.

Lureckos: While maintaining good relations with all nations for the most part. They do not trust the others, and tend to only work with Chrelosia.

Swerilania: A nation which keeps to itself. Unique among their neighbors as a republic. While not a powerful nation, the current president worries that a war will cause the nation to be destroyed and doesn't trust any party.

Rakorna: Mostly tries to keep the peace between everyone. While friendly to Relosianos, they intend to stay neutral in the event of war.

Almorna: A nation with a dark past and stays in isolation.

Dragon Categories

Dragons, similar to hurricanes, have categories. Though, dragons and humans have treaties to maintain peace. They're still dangerous.

Category 1: 20 meters or less, has not mastered any magic if it can use magic at all, only the youngest of dragons fit this category, very rare for mature dragons.

Category 2: 21 to 49 meters, dangerous mostly due to size, they may have mastered one or two forms of magic, but are still far from threatening as they can be killed by most conventional methods.

Category 3: 50 to 70 meters, most common type of mature dragon, dangerous and masters of many forms of magic, they are vulnerable, but they can still be dangerous.

Category 6: A theoretical Category for a dragon over 100 meters, though unheard of, rumors of dragons more powerful and larger than the other 5 categories have persisted for centuries, and they have yet to be proven. It's unknown if the race of dragons has anyone who has outgrown category 5
